Support at Home
Parents can help by:
- Encourage children to play or exercise 60 minutes a day.
- Teach about healthier eating habits.
- Limit technology time.
- Make sure children are getting proper rest time.
- Encourage children to wear proper shoes for school / P.E.
- Practice kindness and respect.
